Monthly newsletter

If you subscribe, we process your email address to send you a monthly newsletter with project updates. The legal basis is your consent, confirmed through double opt-in (you receive an email to confirm your subscription). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Sending is handled by MailerLite, acting as data processor. The signup form is loaded from MailerLite's servers (assets.mailerlite.com).

Payments

Payments for shop subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Alexartu does not store card details; PayPal processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use its own tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare's cookie-free analytics, which provides aggregated statistics.

Third-party content

Some pages include embedded Spotify content (the music player, which only loads when opened) and YouTube links or content. When you use them, those services may process data under their own policies.

Retention

We keep your email while you remain subscribed; once you unsubscribe it is no longer used for mailings.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe they have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
